In this process I will help you explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviours. We will work through challenging or influential memories you might have.

We will identify aspects of your life that you would like to change, You will have a better understanding of yourself and others around you.

I will help you gain deeper self-awareness, resolve conflicts, and develop effective coping strategies to the various life challenges you are facing.

COUPLE COUNSELLING


Couple counselling is a form of psychotherapy in which a therapist specialised in relationship issues, helps couples understand their relationship dynamics and each individual's role within it.

In the therapy session, I will help both of you discuss your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I will enhance your communication, and together will develop strategies to manage and solve interpersonal conflicts you are experiencing in your relationship.

This type of counselling can be beneficial for couples in any stage of their relationship, whether they are dating, engaged, married, or considering separation.
